redIQ Introduces Support for Single-Family Rental Deals

redIQ has released support for single-site, single-family rental (SFR) deals in dataIQ! This update represents a first-of-its-kind expansion of redIQ’s capabilities to cover a new asset class. In addition, the update adds a field allowing users to mark assets as multifamily or as single-family rentals. Consistently marking each deal with the correct asset type will improve the accuracy (and value) of user data and features like redIQ’s comps.
